СТРУКТУРНЫЕ УРОВНИ АНАЛИЗА В ОТНОШЕНИЯХ РОССИИ И ЕВРОСОЮЗА НА СОВРЕМЕННОМ ЭТАПЕ

Аннотация

Статья рассматривает эволюцию отношений России и Европейского союза, выделяя в них структурные уровни анализа (прежде всего, диалог России с ЕС на наднациональном уровне и с отдельными его странамичленами). Отмечая эволюцию в развитии двух уровней от синхронности к какофонии и обратно к синхронности, автор выделяет факторы, которые способствовали согласованности позиции ЕС на всех уровнях отношений с Россией. Особо отмечается различие в этих факторах до и после украинских событий 2014 г., вызвавших глубокий кризис в диалоге Москвы и Брюсселя. Автор также подробно останавливается на усложнении структурных уровней анализа в отношениях России и ЕС в 2014 – 2015 гг. за счет роста важности международных организаций, с одной стороны, и становления евразийских структур сотрудничества, с другой.
